Just the three of you?!? Crikey, how did we go from the big attendance we had last time to only three this time? I think we definitely need to get a newsletter going lads and perhaps a poll or two finding out what people really want during visits.
Loads of OpenCoffees on the same day can't have helped.

I think the easiest action step that should keep a steady flow of people attending is an e-mail reminder sent a few days before each monthly meeting.
