Why is my Jaiku widget not showing my updates from the past two days? I am hoping Jaiku is a Twitter-killer!

It is! But like Twitter, Jaiku has it's share of intermittent
problems. One being that the API goes down once in a while causing
the problems you describe. On the whole though, you'll find Jaiku
is superior.
