some kind of system problem, i get sms alerts then it stops, but when i reset mobile it send few alerts then again stops after a time. :(

From that symptom description, I'd suggest that the fault lies
somewhere with either your mobile or with your carrier. Jaiku has
no possible way to see anything you do with your mobile, including
resetting it.
