Conor, do you know what it's called? Wife's got a Wagamama cookbook, it's got like 20 pages of sauce recipes. None mention kids.

what's the difference between the yaki and the yasai?
Yasai is teriyaki based. Yaki is soy based.
Hmm, no idea what the sauce was called. Basically a thick dark brown dipping sauce for chicken. Quite sweet.

Ah thanks Denis. The simple one with the mix of soy sauces looks like it might be the one. I'll give it a go.
